My calves have been unbearably tight for some time. I’ve tried calf raises and a massage roller to no great avail. Tonight I’ve sat for 15 minutes with a massage ball under my calf. Initially it was painful and then the sensations began. The sensations lasted long after I removed the ball. Absolutely fabulous.
